Paul D. Francis: In line with kaizen, I enjoy applying my skills with the best companies. I’ve been able to figure out the most profitable and satisfying ways to invest intelligently. Inevitably, investing can only emerge as a part of larger life goals, but I have realized that with the right approach--including immense amounts of self-motivated analytical thinking--my coworkers and I can and will work efficiently to exceed our limitations and improve daily in the best way. The deaths of both of my parents in August 2019 and March 2020, combined with enduring medical autocracies, has forced me to appreciate the importance of overcoming terrible losses--as many of my ancestors managed to do as well, including since the African Diaspora. And as one of the premier business leaders reminds us, gratitude remains key; so in this way and henceforth, I have to say to all interested parties: thank you very much.
